Shipping Costs – Germany and European Union

Shipping costs depend on the weight of the ordered goods and the destination country. The tables below provide an overview. Alternatively, you can use our shipping calculator in the shopping cart to determine the exact shipping costs in advance.

The stated shipping costs apply exclusively to deliveries to addresses on the European mainland. For deliveries outside the European mainland, please contact us to request individual shipping costs.

Shipping Costs – Outside the European Union

When importing goods into countries outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, or the United Kingdom), import VAT, customs duties, and possibly customs clearance fees may apply. These charges are billed directly to the recipient by the respective logistics provider upon import to ensure smooth and prompt delivery. For orders exceeding €450, we charge a flat fee of €65 for the preparation of export accompanying documents.

Delivery Time

Our goods are usually in stock and ready for dispatch immediately. Delivery time is generally 5–7 business days. Shipments can be tracked via a tracking link. In exceptional cases of longer delivery times, please contact us.

Bulky Goods Surcharge

Items that cannot be shipped as standard parcels due to their size or nature (e.g. large, long, or unwieldy goods) are considered bulky goods. For such shipments, the transport provider applies a surcharge, which we pass on to our customers as a bulky goods surcharge of €29.00 (€24.37 net). This surcharge is charged only once per order if at least one bulky item is included and will be displayed in the shopping cart once such an item is added.

Shipping Method

Delivery of the ordered products is carried out by our logistics partners, typically from Monday to Friday. If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a notification card will be left indicating that the shipment can be collected from a nearby parcel shop. Orders with high shipment weight or very bulky items are delivered by freight carrier.

Returns, right of withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the last goods. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Hans Schröder GmbH, Erich-Kessler-Str. 4, D-76689 Karlsdorf-Neuthard, info@archiv-box.de) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (for example via the online withdrawal form, by telephone or by e-mail).
