a) Deliveries within Germany

For shipments within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €6.30 net or €7.50 gross. For orders with a value of €210.00 net or €250.00 gross, we offer free shipping within Germany.

b) Deliveries outside Germany

The shipping fee for international shipments depends on the weight of the shipment and the recipient country. The following table provides an overview. Alternatively, you can use our shipping calculator in the shopping cart to calculate international shipping costs in advance. If your recipient country is not listed in the table, please contact us so we can determine the shipping costs individually for you. The listed shipping costs apply exclusively to deliveries to continental European addresses. For deliveries outside the European mainland, please inquire directly with us for shipping costs.

c) Deliveries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, United Kingdom)

When importing goods into countries outside the EU, import VAT, customs duties, and possibly customs clearance fees apply, which are invoiced to the customer by the carrier. These amounts must be paid immediately upon import to ensure smooth and timely delivery of the goods.
