Orders in the Online Shop

You have the option to order all products from our range directly through our online shop. During the ordering process, you can create your own customer account. This account allows you to store multiple addresses, view your order history at any time, and easily process follow-up orders. If you prefer not to create a customer account, you can place your order as a guest. Once your order is completed, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email. After your goods have left our warehouse, we will send you a separate email with the corresponding tracking link, allowing you to easily track your shipment.

Orders by Email or telephone

We are also happy to accept your order via email, fax, telephone, or in writing. In these cases, you will only receive an order confirmation via email upon your explicit request. Once your goods have been dispatched, we will send you the corresponding tracking link by email, which allows you to easily track your shipment.

Intra-Community Supplies (VAT Exempt)

For deliveries within the European Union, we require your valid VAT identification number (VAT ID) to issue a VAT-exempt invoice. Otherwise, German VAT of 19.0% will be charged.

For deliveries outside the European Union, German VAT does not apply. However, import VAT and possibly customs duties and clearance fees may be incurred. These are charged by the relevant authorities or the transport provider and must be paid upon receipt of the goods. For further information, please contact your local customs office or postal service.

Payment method - by Bank Transfer

For your convenience, we also offer payment via bank transfer after receiving the invoice. Shortly after your goods have been dispatched, we will send you the official invoice in PDF format via email. The invoice amount can then be transferred to one of the two bank accounts listed at the bottom of the invoice, quoting the invoice number. This payment option is available to both individuals and companies/institutions.

Payment  method - by PayPal

You can also pay for your purchase via PayPal, the online payment service that ensures simple and fast transactions. The advantage of PayPal: you don’t need to be a registered customer to use this payment method - simply register with PayPal during the payment process. You can link your PayPal account to your bank account or credit card, ensuring that your sensitive bank details are only stored with PayPal and not sent over the internet with every online purchase. To mitigate credit risks, we reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods on a case-by-case basis.

Payment method - by Credit Card

Pay for your purchase at Hans Schröder easily and securely with your credit card via our payment service provider Mollie. We accept major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your payment is processed in real time, allowing your order to be handled immediately. Thanks to secure processing through Mollie, your sensitive card details remain protected – they are not stored by us. No Mollie account is required. This way, you benefit from a fast, convenient, and secure payment method.
