Of course. We are also happy to deliver to private customers.

What shipping costs apply?
Shipping costs depend on the weight of the ordered goods and the destination country. Our shipping cost table provides an overview. Alternatively, you can use the shipping calculator in your shopping cart to determine the exact costs in advance. Free shipping is unfortunately not available.

I have a specific request (size, quality, etc.) that is not in the catalogue. What do you suggest?

What are your delivery times?
Our products are in stock and are usually delivered within 5–7 working days after ordering.

Your invoice will be sent by post once all products in your order have been dispatched.

How can professionals, companies, or institutions receive a VAT-exempt invoice?
For intra-Community supplies with VAT exemption, please provide a valid VAT identification number (VAT ID). Otherwise, German VAT of 19% will be charged.
